Wanna learn to swing dance? Join Margot Richardson and Mark Willson for the newest dance craze to hit our town. They are giving adult lessons on Thursday Evenings from 5:30- 7:30 at the Blue Sage for $12/class, and teen lessons on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00 at Louie’s Pizza for $10/class. Come with a partner or without. Believe it or not, there were 2 extra men at the class I attended on Thursday, ladies! Mark and Margot were members of the Savoy Swing Club Dance Troupe in Seattle, and just recently moved to our Valley to add to the fun.

At the Blue Sage:
New! Swing 1.5 Thursdays 7:30 – 9
For anyone with some dance experience / idea of 6 count swing basics – that includes you!
4 week session $40, $76 for couples, or $11 drop in
(we’ve dropped the price a bit to encourage everyone to come!)
One hour lesson + a half hour of dance + practice
Dates: November 3, 10, 17, and December 1st (no class on Thanksgiving)

New! Sunday Swing 1 2:30 – 4, lesson plus dancing, $8 drop in, starting November 13th
Special family rate: $20 for 3 or more
Open to everyone, all ages and levels
Each week we’ll give a lesson in beginning six count swing, followed by dancing and practice.
